Here's what you need to know about returns and exchanges:
Return Window:
- Domestic Orders: 10 working days from the delivery date.
- International Orders: 20 working days from the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged:
- Full-Priced Items: Eligible for store credit with a one-year validity.
- Sale & Promotion Items: Not Eligible.
Important Notes:
- All refunds and exchanges will be issued as store credit only.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene stickers intact.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store credit cannot be stacked with promo codes.
- Expired store credit cannot be extended.

- We will reply you with the address for the returned item
- The process time for the refund and exchange will take between 5 to 10 working days.
